These bylaws serve as the official governance framework of the NAATH KEENHIAM community and guide leadership, moderation, elections, debates, member participation and community conduct.
ARTICLE 1
Community Identity & Purpose
The NAATH KEENHIAM community exists to promote respectful dialogue, unity, leadership development, cultural engagement and meaningful discussions among community members.
- Promote respectful communication among members.
- Encourage peaceful and constructive dialogue.
- Support youth and community participation.
- Maintain a positive online environment.
ARTICLE 2
Membership Responsibilities
- Members must respect moderators and participants.
- Harassment and hate speech are prohibited.
- Members should follow debate guidelines.
- False information and impersonation are prohibited.
ARTICLE 3
Debate & Discussion Rules
- Speakers must respect allocated speaking time.
- Personal attacks are not permitted.
- Moderators maintain order during discussions.
- Community discussions should remain constructive.
ARTICLE 4
Election & Nomination Process
- All nominations must be verified.
- Candidates must follow community rules.
- Election debates shall remain respectful.
- Voting processes must remain transparent.

Moderator Responsibilities
- Moderators oversee community discussions.
- Moderators enforce community standards.
- Moderators remain neutral during debates.
- Moderators protect respectful engagement.

Community Conduct
- Respect all community members.
- Avoid misinformation and inflammatory language.
- Promote unity and accountability.
- Support constructive dialogue at all times.
